After an eventful night, we said goodbye to our billets leaving Nelson at 9am instead of 8:30am because of Harry, PJ and Yeboah's poor time keeping (Serious Fines) . It was a great sunny winter's day and after an hour and a half of travelling we stopped for refreshments at a tranquil but deserted location.
We experienced the best mountainous landscape that New Zealand offers and with that we had an excellent sing song on the coach. A certain Chris Wilkins with his amazing voice was the highlight of the 5 hour coach journey singing songs like 'American Pie' and 'Use somebody'.
We arrived in Christchurch at about 4pm where we were introduced to our next set of billets.
The lads are now preparing themselves for a fun weekend with their billets knowing that a tough test match VS Shirley Boys School on sunday afternoon is awaiting them.
